The best way to understand what a gong bath is to experience it! The gong bath can be a very unique experience and can be different for everyone and can also feel different every time!
A favourite for many of the biggest stars, most recently on the Kardashians and I too have a few very famous names on my books although I am keeping schtum on names as they are private clients.
So what is a gong bath?
Gong Bath FAQ – About Gong Baths and Sound Meditation
A gong bath (meditation) also known as a Sound Bath or a Sound Massage is a fully clothed, relaxing and blissful experience where you bathe in the healing sound waves, No Baths involved! and no clothes removed. You simply lie down on mats, wrap yourself in a blanket and your head on a pillow, close your eyes and relax. The gongs are usually played for an hour and sometimes longer. Our current sessions in Camden are an hour and a half!
The more comfortable the better the experience. Bringing a blanket is most important as your body temperature can drop quite suddenly when you are fully relaxed and feeling cold will spoil the experience. Most people love the experience and come away feeling deeply relaxed and often looking so much brighter and lighter in themselves, often reporting back that they had the best nights sleep ever!
A perfect opportunity to de-stress, time out, relax, meditate, rejuvenate and enjoy the power of the sound waves which enhance the relaxed state.
Gong is the ultimate Sound Healing tool, as it has the broadest range of tones of any instrument. This vast range of sound literally bathes the human form and re-tunes us on every level – physical, mental, emotional and spiritual – thus helping to bring us back into harmony. We bring in various layers of sounds and use other sound healing instruments which can include singing bowls , koshi chimes, drums, wind gongs and more. I work in a very intuitive way so each sound bath can feel different and bring in the instruments and sounds that feel right at the time!
Come along and experience this treat for mind, body and soul.
The only requirement from you is to relax and enjoy. Our Sound Bath nights are just perfect after a hard day in the office, YOU time, time to just BE whilst soaking up the beautiful healing waves.
No head stuff, just pure relaxation. No experience required at all, just an open mind and the gong does the work! It really is as simple as that.
